![]() Stu mentioned how big of a blast it was that they got to hang around in Brooklyn and New York City for three straight days and how they felt spoiled by it. When that did happen an eruption would swell throughout Brooklyn Steel. They have one of the most loyal fan bases in rock music right now and everyone was there hanging on every note and lyric to see if the song was transitioning directly into another one or not. Mosh pits and crowd surfers were constant the rest of the night. ![]() Once the seven-headed monster known as King Gizzard And T he Lizard Wizard took the stage the audience absolutely lost it. The band is the perfect openers for King Gizzard as it sets the night as a high energy affair for a crowd that is ready for it. As Friday was already discussed right here on Pancakes and Whiskey, I’ll briefly mention that people were still talking about the delight and absolute rowdiness of the crowd on Saturday when they closed with “Head On/Pill”. Walking into Brooklyn Steel on Sunday night there was a buzz in the air as it seemed a good portion of the crowd had been there the whole weekend.
